Chocolate Chip Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
Serves : 12
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup ( 300g ) plain flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup ( 90g ) caster sugar
2 medium eggs
1 cup ( 250ml ) milk
125 gram butter, melted ( cooled )
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
90 gram dark chocolate chips
90 gram white chocolate chips
Preparation method
Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 25 minutes | Extra
time: 40 minutes
1.Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and place 12
patty cups in a cupcake tray.
2.Sieve the flour, baking powder and cocoa
powder together in a large bowl.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar,
eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
4.Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture
then add the chocolate chips and mix gently to a lumpy batter.
5.Divide the mixture between the patty cups
and bake at the top of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until well risen
and firm to the touch.
6.Remove cupcakes and cool on a wire rack.
